My Silkie hen has something wrong with her eyes.

I got this hen from a friend a couple of weeks ago and I'm not sure if her eyes were like this or not. She can only open one eye sometimes, they don't have anything in them that I can see. I brought her inside yesterday and today and wash her eyes out with a warm wash cloth. It didn't seem to do any good.

Is there something I can use to see if it helps. I doesn't look like any of my other ones eyes are like that..

Any idea's?? Thank you.

Yes, Spend the money and get some terrymycin for eye treatment.
You can find it at the vet, the local feed store and it is refrigerated and about 14 bucks.

It works wonders and can not hurt. We have used it on goats, lambs, chickens, cows, dogs, cats and even a horse or two.
