My silkie is behaving awful

She is in the process of weaning the chicks. Given enough space, they would keep away from her, and she would restart laying and preparing for another broody session. Separation was the best/necessary thing to do.
Now I understand. :thumbsup

I'm having trouble understanding what you are having problems with. From my understanding you have 2 silkie hens, best friends, hatched 3 eggs, you lost 2, gave the hens more chicks, now one hen is attacking the babies at 8-9 weeks?
Yes she was and her buddy as well.
I put her in XL dog Kennel alone right next to the one my friend just let me barrow( which is even bigger ) and she is fine now. My guess is she is done with the babies and she layed her first egg last night as well!! Once it is not so cold here they can all go to the coop. My other silkie is still in with the babies and does not like to be away from them. Hopefully it will all be good now. I just was shocked she is the calmer one out of the two. I tried to put her back with the others but she started pecking and going after them all including her bestie and they were all so scared of her. Now they can see each other and I think everyone is happy now!!
