You can make some electrolytes with 5 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, and a liter of water. Baby electrolytes, such as Pedialyte will also work. Baby liquid vitamins 2-3 drops daily are also good.
It is good to hear that she is doing better and eating some. You can add some heat if she still is shivering or seems cold. Many use heat pads for heat. Keep us posted on how she is doing.
I would let her visit with her flock. It may get her to eat more, and it will help her stay part of the flock. Daily visits would be good for her.
