He has a limp and I see no other issues.
Just a bunch of sharp looking long new unwrapped feathers. They are all free roaming in the bushes for part of the day,him the mother and their family of young ones.
I thought maybe he has a splinter even.

Pictures would help. I have one hen with feathered feet and sometimes the feathers bother her when they are growing in/sheathed. She tends to self-pluck the ones closest to the bottom of her feet that get the most in the way. If your rooster is out among the grass and sticks it could be that one has gotten broken. You can spray with vetericyn to help it heal. Check each feather follicle if you can because sometimes feathers do become ingrown which can be very painful. Check the bottoms of his feet too for any wounds.

Thank you❤️
I will check for ingrown feathers and any broken feathers.
Something bothering him.I saw him stumble when I was attempting to capture him. He's hard to capture I use a net. It's all good once I'm holding him, poor little guy wonders why Im capturing him.
He's a black Silkie.
Good he's small,my big red roosty I've never held. He's a pet but can't touch him except he'll eat out of my hand and follow me around,The bantam flock take turns being out when red roosty is locked in.Works out☺️
Will look at Bens feet asap (The Silkie)
Thank you for the helpful info💜
