My sister needs help with what breed and gender her newest chicks are?

My sister was visiting me this week to get my coop build moving along. When she got home her two new chicks had transferred to teenagers. They were given to her, & she doesn't know what they are or if they are pullets or cockerels. Any input would be appreciated.
