My smallest ISA brown POL hen is making a loud AUWWWWWK sound everytime sees me, not the egg laying song iv heard that from my others?!

As the thread title says my smallest ISA brown point of lay 6 month old hen out of 5 has suddenly decided to pick up a new habit from a few days ago everytime she sees or here's me or when it gets dark she instantly starts LOUDLY squawking obsessively for ages till I put her back in her coop literally AUWWWWWK! AUWWWWWK! AUWWWWWWWWWK! AUWWWWWK! AUWWWWWK! AUWWWWWK! Till I put her back n shut her in for the night or if it's the daytime till she can't hear or see me anymore?? Dunno what her problem is all of a sudden but it's gonna get me in trouble with my neibors soon if I don't figure it out and prevent this from happening?? 2 of my 5 have started layin past few days also as I'm finding 2 eggs each day now when I check, and just now I found a really small egg without shell just the inside skin around the yolk n white in there I'm wondering if that was this smallest squawker n she was tryna tell me somethings changing or not right or about to happen coz she cud feel she was about to lay her first egg and wasn't used to the feeling of it??? She does seem abot less developed than the others she's the smallest and the pailest smallest wattle on top her head too it's barely developed any more than when got her where as the others have full dark red wattles now??Just tryna figure out what this is and how to stop it?? And no it's not that buk buk BUKAT buk buk buk BUKAT egg song thaty other 2 have started doing that's totally handleable and won't cause problems with my neibors but my smallest squawker is a headache creater man... AUWWWWWK! AUWWWWWWWWWK! AUWWWWWWWK! please help lol ..

P.s it's the small darkest one bottom left corner n hardly any wattle compared to the others... Little bigmouth

Some birds are just loud, my girl Basil yells at me when she sees me. Not really much you can do about it except ignore her, you can't train a chicken to be quiet but you can certainly encourage her to be louder if you acknowledge the behavior

Hello and welcome to BYC!

I agree with post # 2.

It's a pre lay call in my experience.. either a statement that eggs are getting close (more chattiness) or sometimes, an egg is coming today. Once laying has commenced, I only see this behavior on the days they lay and before they enter the lay box.

My girls got VERY loud right before they started laying. Every single one of them became more vocal at POL. Pretty funny if you ask me.

Ah ok thanks guys I thought it cud be but wernt sure coz it s a more panicked loud squawking like AUWWWWWK AUWWWWWK AUWWWWWK AUWWWWWK AUWWWWWK rather than the buk buk BUKAT egg songs the others make... It's totally different the egg song sounds cheerful n happy n exited n able to deal with that, but this loud AUWWWWWK sound the other one is making sounds alarming its headache inducing and I'm sure annoying as hell for my close neighbors.. hopefully she will shut up now they all started layin lol I like the egg song but this other sound that one of em is doin, I do not like..
