My SO is a mean one!

This morning one of the snake's cages was open and two of my chicks were missing. ACK!
I'm beating myself up, thinking how stupid I am for leaving the cage open, and I'm rearranging furniture trying to find the lost snake while crying and begging the SO to come in and help . . . and he walks in, on the phone, laughing and telling a neighbor he can bring the snake and chicks back.

Yep, I knew . . . but I fall for his tricks every year, even when I prepare for them. Last night I kept saying to myself, "he's not gonna get me tomorrow!" Too gullible, I guess.

edited to say....is there an asian food market nearby? Go buy an eel, and fry it for supper....have the neighbor take the snake again...and tell DH...that snake is SUPPER!
