My son and I are hatching eggs

First timer and new to the site! I'm hatching 7 eggs with a Brinsea Mini Advance. My 4 year old son is my assistant.

Thanks! Alas the hatch isn't going too well. Day 12 and I opened up a cracked egg to find that development looks like it stopped on day 5 or something. All the eggs look like that one when candled so I'm not holding out much hope.
