My Son Is an EAGLE SCOUT!!

I just want to add my congratulations. I think the Boy Scouts is such a great program when done right that I stayed active for years after my boys were done. There is a reason the military gives a rank advancement to enlistees that have earned their Eagle. They have demonstrated they have what it takes.

Congrats! DH got his eagle in 1980! HE has accomplished many many things in his life, but he is still proud of that. He created an exercise trail in a regional park that is still there today!

Congratulations to you and your son! My dad was a Boy Scout leader until he passed away and loved it. My son is 2 merit badges from Star. We are going to our township meeting on Tuesday to get one of the requirements for his Citizenship merit badges.

Wow, congrats! I didn't get my Eagle Scout Award until I was 18 (I was just skirting the age limit). We have 5 boys in our family and all are Eagles... we couldn't get our license until we had our awards.
