I was mopping my kitchen and out of no where it just stopped producing steam, well boy was I wrong, the sucker exploded from backed-up steam in whatever little thing creates the steam!
It was really scary and burned my fingers, thank goodness my kids weren't in the room or they could have been burned!!! Th best part it's only a little over a year old
