My Susanna

She is a 6 year old Silver Laced Wyndott and she's very clingy she's always sitting beside me when I am at the barn and she enjoys walking down to the house with me, cause then she knows I'll spoil her and give her a piece of crust. Once she's done with the crust she just walks back up to the barn with a dog escort. My border collie will sit and let the ducks and chickens walk all over him.

What a gorgeous lady she is. I have two 12 week old SLW's and just adore them. They are a wonderful breed to have.

That's funny your dog let's the ducks chickens walk all over him. I'd love to see a picture of that!

I try and keep the chickens away from my Lab/Chow mix. One day he was chewing on a bone and the chickens kept getting a little too close to him and I kept having to shoo them away. Then when he was finished chewing the girls immediately ran over to where he was chewing looking for any scraps. Every now and then one of chickens will get a little too close to the dog. I think they want to dominate him and show him who the boss is
