My sweetest chicken suddenly mean and aggressive?

This week my almost-year-old pullet suddenly turned from being one of the sweetest girls to full-out attacking whenver I go outside. Is there something wrong? I know that she's hated my brother and attacked him for a long time, but its the first time she's ever attacked me. She's still been laying eggs, so I don't think she's molting yet.

Strange! Maybe she's trying to move up in the pecking order to the top of the heap? Or did you change the way you look drastically? Or is she just trying to get at treats you might have in your hand? Hard to know what is going on in her little brain so maybe you should just pick her up and carry her around any time she comes near you..
