My tailess Call duck Story, (graphic pics included)

Dont they need there tails? I mean to control themselves for flying or swimming? Not sure the purpose of it. I would hate to have him go swimming and drown because of no tail. If they use if for Flying then that's good I won't every have to trim his wings. because he ain't going anywheres. LOL

I'm not sure, i don't really think my calls use the tail that heavily when swimming it's more the legs but i know what your meaning your thinking of a Rutter?

I would have called him Stumpy or Stubby because I knew a duck with a tail deformity that looked like he had no tail.
