Well, at 17 you could tell him he's only allowed to use three squares per visit. If I told my 4 yr. old that, he'd pull three squares out of the middle of the roll.

I would definitely say under!!! My hubby and I go round and round with this. If I catch him putting it over, I switch it right away!!

I remember going to this girls house in my class. Must have been 2nd or 3rd grade. She spent 10 minutes explaining to me the family 1 square rule. So naturally I used about 10 just to be a jerk.
