Definitely over. It's easier to grab and you don't break fingernails banging your hand against the wall *a practical, sound and scientific reason why "over" is the proper TP hanging method*.

Y'know, that never used to matter to me. Now I realize I prefer "over", not "under".
Kinda like the preference for whether you want to get into a bed that is freshly made, or prefer a messy bed.

My DH will turn 40 this year he is slap-dap past baby steps. I mean geez you sit there for five minutes doing business anyways why put the roll on instead of reading? If i dont do it nobody does it. I also love it when they holler that there is no paper,my tip check before you go. Or when there is 1/2 a sheet left. ooh you got me started
