My Tennant = Grrrrrrrr!

In his 20's and has been here 6 weeks now. I left him a note to say he is responsible for keeping his bathroom clean the first week he was here. He just got home and came out of the bathroom saying that "the bath mat smells from being wet all the time, can he throw it out?"

ummmmm NO! It was brand new!

does he not know what a washing machine is or how to do the basics (at least) in housekeeping? Sounds like you're going to be raising this one yourself!

That would be roomer I guess as I have a bedroom in back of the house with a seperate entrance. My DD and I use the master bathroom suite and tennant has his /her own exclusive bathroom inside the house.​
