Well, I cooked my hatch pretty much killed all my eggs...

So I have to start again. But never fear I have eggs coming every day.

I had a new pullet laying and she has the great stippled eggs. I will be gathering and putting them in the big bator outside which is holding a perfect 99.8 temp. I already have some Rirs and some Marans in there so I will let you know when I get chicks.

I have had these eggs in there about 2 weeks.

and here I go!

yea and it happens to us that have only hatched a couple of times. I have a buff that zipped and now is just lying there cause he is too sticky. just sticking right to the shell and all its doing is breathing. I think I will be sad when it takes its last breath.
So yea, it happens to the best of us.
Good luck with your future hatches

Hey, I have peeled sticky chicks out and they do great. Its weird how that happens. Ya may want to help that dude a bit.

Well I had the bator set but couldn't get a hold of a thermometer, sooo... I was going to but my kids went to town with out me and spent all the money.

Actually Speckledhen these are my first cooked eggs... so...

Have you tried to "peel" him out? I've had them be stuck too and peeled it off of them. That's pretty much the only helping that I've ever had any success with.

Katy,
Yep I did try a little, and helped to get the head and wings and then he just layed there........and then I took him out and then he died.
