My Toulouse Gander won't accept a duck!!!!!!!!HELP

I have about a year old Toulouse gander named "Brutis" and he just will NOT accept a certain duck! This duck was the first duck we ever incubated this duck is a female Blue SwedishXpencil runner mix. She reached adult hood about three months ago and I finally let her out to free range with the chickens ducks and our goose. Why does he chase her with his wings extended out, never flies at her, but charges full speed at her.

i keep my ducks and geese separate. My geese are very territorial and will try to harm anything smaller than them. i would think that introducing any new critter to your flock would inspire your gander to want to establish his dominance.

Well, that's were you're wrong. He's pretty gentle he has two females and he is the leader of a flock of aprrox. 15ish ducks and geese, he accepts new chickens and goblers. But he won't accept any new water fowl that isn't a goose. Is he just establishing dominance?
