8 days ago a rooster attacked and pecked all the skin and flesh from her head, exposing the scull, I rescued her before he killed her. I have nursed her back to health, hand fed her daily, gave her water with a syringe daily. She hops up on the rooste at night, will fight other hens, is pooping, sings, but she want even try to feed herself. She has some eyesight, cause she will run from me when I try to catch her. Why want she feed herself?

She may be suffering shock from the attack. Treat for this with warm Gatoraid or a teaspoon of sugar in a cup of warm water with a pinch of salt and baking soda. Have her drink this all day today instead of plain water. You can let all the chickens drink it to make things easy on yourself. It won't hurt them for today.

Have you flushed her wounds well with saline? Have you been doing this cleansing every day? Have you been keeping her wounds covered with antibiotic ointment? Wound treatment is essential for proper healing and to avoid infection.

Can you post any pictures of her? What is your location? That can help us to recommend products that you may have locally. I would use chlorhexidene on her wounds, avoiding her eyes, and follow with vaseline petroleum jelly, coconut oil, or plain Neosporin ointment. Chlorhexidene is available in most countries. 1-2% is safe for skin, and you can dilute a stronger version with water. Saline is very good for the eyes, followed by the Nesoporin. Most of these pecking injuries may require the chicken to be isolated to prevent further damage, until they heal.

So this happened 8 days ago?
Does she seem completely recovered other than not wanting to eat?

You could see whether she is more willing to feed herself in the main pen with the others, or in a cage by herself. But if you've already tried both, and she won't eat either place, she might just need more time-- you could keep hand feeding her for another few days or a week, and see if she decides to start eating.
