my turkey and peachick

one of my young turkey got out last night...don't know where he went but he did not return this morning...went looking for him but not even a dead one.....two of my peachicks that got out with the turkey one returned last night i was so happy i ran out and got him and put him back...but the other did not come back. i have a lot of woods near me do you think they will come back i spent all daylight hrs. watching the trees with binoculars.....i am so glad that i still have one turkey baby and one peachick that returned how great was that......ronnie

scan the trees at dusk,,,and keep an "ear" out,,put some food outside their pen,,,and scan the trees again early in the morning,, sorry to hear the bad news,,,,,you could also try going out with the peafowl you have back,, and give treats,,and be kinda "noticeable" to anything watching from the woods,,,, they may get jealous.
