My turkey broke his leg! Help?

I have 4 standard bronze turkey and one white. One of my jakes has a broken leg and I don't know what to do about it? I have 4 jakes and one hen. It's his left leg and it's totally crooked

He's walkin okay but he won't put too much weight on it and they are almost 5months old

Oh no. I think that may be what's wrong with my turkey too! It's 3 months old and one leg is knock-kneed with the foot turning out. She will walk on it but not correctly and with much effort. She prefers to spend time on her tummy but otherwise acts normal. I don't know what to do either.
