My turkey chicks hatching failed twice :(

They incubate better without an automatic turner.

Just to make sure i got it right, i should turn the automatic turner off next time and keep them in only one position throughout the whole period of incubation? right?

I would take the whole turner out. Mark opposite sides of the egg with a marker D for day and N for night. Turn the eggs with your hands twice a day. I do 8 am and 8pm.
