Update:

Finally finished the coop today!

Roof went on without a problem, I got the metal pre cut from lowes so it was just lay it out and bolt it down

I used some cedar shingles to close in the cable end of the run

Once the rest of the trim went up we added all the food water and shavings and the tut key poults

We have 9 bourbon reds that are 19 days old today!!

I won't let them into the run for a few more weeks I do t want them to get too cold
