It may be a respiratory disease with pinkeye and sinus infection from MG (mycoplasma.) Tylosin powder in the water, or Tylan injectable can given orally to treat MG. MG is contagious from other fowl and also can be transmitted through hatching eggs. Is there any sneezing or other respiratory symptoms? Scroll down to turkeys in this article for more info:
