My turn! Roo or Hen? 🙃

Do you mean EE x ?
I know in order to be Easter Eggers that one parent has to be a colored laying breed but the other can be any breed. Curious as to what those two breeds may be. ie an Araucana x barred rock. I wasn’t sure if their coloring would possibly give it away 🤷🏼‍♀️ And I’m thinking Willow is possibly Araucana and something cuz she has no tail.

Are you sure one parent lays colored eggs though? Also, where did you get them?

Oh, no idea. 😬 Got them from someone who was downsizing - she said she got them at a feed store (don’t remember which) from the EE bin but I cannot confirm they are actually Easter eggers - no eggs yet unfortunately.

If they are from the EE bin they should be mostly araucana. Araucana chickens come in so many different colors though, that it would be hard to tell what exactly they were crossed with.
