I hope that you are very very wrong.....the woman I bought them from buys hatching eggs, then sells the chicks. I’m sure she wouldn’t lie to me about the breed.
She did tell me they were difficult to sex a few weeks ago, but was pretty confident they were hens.
crap....I hope they are girls.

This pattern is actually very easy to sex at around 4 weeks or older.

I would definitely return them to the lady that sold them to you and ask her to replace them with 2 Pullets. She sold you 2 cockerels. Sorry!

Agreed, two cockerels. The dark feathering calls it. Female wheaten are very light in coloring, as you can see from some of the pics others have posted.

I'm so sorry. I don't think the breeder was being very honest. Did you exchange them for two hens?
