My Two Question Marks

Hello,

I am brand new to both BackYardChickens.com and being a semi-urban chicken rancher

This is my first post and I'm soliciting help identifying the breed of 2 of my 7 girls (hopefully all girls).

Both came from a Cal Ranch store here in Northern Utah, but neither were purchased by me and I don't know what breed either is and I'd sure like to.

The first, Teriyaki, is a Bantam which I now know is not a breed, rather a size designation and I've had "her" for about 5 weeks.

The second, Nugget, I know even less about. I've had "her" for about 6 weeks and "she" seemed to grow larger faster at first but the others have started catching up in size. Nugget is still the largest of my 7 and "her" talons are especially large compared to the others.

I'm not sure what other information to provide or that I'm able to provide, but here are some pictures of both:

Any educated guesses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'd guess that they're both roos. The bantam might be an OEGB or mix. The second looks like a splash easter egger

Teriyaki looks like a d'Anvers cockerel with that beard and the rose comb.

Teriyaki is a Belgian Bearde D'Anvers cockerel. Nugget looks like an Easter Egger cockerel.

Thanks for the replies. After researching those two breeds and looking at a bunch of photos, I'd have to agree. As for the sex, I already had suspicions both were male partially from physical characteristics but more so from their actions. I'm not excited about that but oh well. Again, thanks for the feedback.
