My two week old Bronze Turkey Cant walk

My two to three week old bronze turkey can't walk. He or she just started this two days ago. I'm New to Turkey's but have chickens. Last year we had some white ones that got too big too fat for their legs and wee ended up putting them down. I feed him 20% starter. I'm not sure what is wrong with him. Please someone help. looks like Spraddle-leg if it's gentic it could be perosis or enlarged Hock Disease but i doubt it both are VERY rare
