I think the easiest way to fix it it to change the username from Mimi’s 13 to Mimi's 13

Regular "auto fill" tagging works for me. For @Mimi’s 13

Interesting! It doesn't work for me at all! If i type in "'at-sign' Mimi", i get this pop-up window:

If i ignore it and type in "'at-sign' Mimi's 13" the user "Mimi" is tagged like here @Mimi's 13 .
