I hatched the quail that laid these too so that makes them even more special to me.
Congrats! Get some egg scissors if you haven't already, they make opening them a breeze.
I plan on putting every single one in the bator.
Do I spy a fertile bullseye? (Meant to rhyme btw )
Congratulations! Quail eggs are just the tiniest things. I've never really fried them, I just boil 'em.
Have you hatched any though?

Yes that one was fertile!
And yes there are some in the bator now but I am not sure how many if any are going to be fertile.
Brand new layers.
I just cracked an egg laid today (so I wouldn't add it to the bator) and it was not fertile.
I am beginning to think that the males I butchered the other day were the ones making fertile eggs and not the one male I have left.
