You need to speak to your son as soon as possible and find out what he wants for the future and his children...if he wants to stay with his wife..change the locks to your house and let them get on with it.....but in the meantime document and take pics of wberything in the event that he changes his mind. Am so sorry for your situation

I've watched my son go from a person that is always thinking of things to invent and positive and out going. To a person that is on anti depression meds and just plain looking tired and giving up. He almost looks numb.Sure worry alot about him and the kids. I try and tell him that we'd do anything he needs to help. In some ways it seems like he just hasn't the energy to fight her anymore.

He needs to leave her and fight to get the kids as well. And I really can not see any judge letting her have anything but supervised visitation.
Those poor kids are going to grow up thinking it's alright to treat others like that. And if he is "giving up" they wont think anything of giving up either.
She needs help. If she wont take her meds and is behaving like this then it is time for life to give her a big b*tch slap and she needs to be shown the door.
