First two in home from scratch, use to work at a pizza joint, and I'm happy. Crust was a little over done on the first one, think I'm gonna lower the oven temperature for a longer cook time next time I make them. And invite some friends. Two pizzas was a bit much. Really figuring out that dough is dough. :)

Just to keep things on chicken track here's a few pics from the last few days.

Don't pay attention when I'm eating the eggs. I'll have to check next time I make breakfast. Lol. My two roosters do stay pretty busy tho, I really need to knock those spurs down a bit.
Should be a fun x off hermes the kelso tho if they are. A gamey looking ee, haha, can't wait.

Good habit to get into.....you might be surprised(or disappointed and plans trashed) to see who's getting it and who isn't.

Ive been searching for birds in my area that lay colorful eggs... so luck so far. Found a breeder for the true Aneriaunas, but they are very hard to hatch and dont want to hatch difficult eggs until I get a better running incubator built. I think EE would be a better bet for me if I can get my hands on a few.

Think I might have a chance at some bantam ee's from the bay area, lol.
Carpe Diem right.

Ameraucanas are hard to hatch?
No different than most others I didn't think.
Hard to pay for, absolutely-they're usually pricey if the real thing.
Hard to candle for sure...most blue/green eggs are.
Go for it!
