I started out as a kid using both hands as well but fell into what was most comfortable. Around 6th grade i spent some time relearning to write with my right hand, and fell back into what was comfortable after enough practice had passed. I've used my right hand to sign a few things recently and wish I had kept up at it. Encourage your boy to continue to use both as long as he's willing. My hands have been my life for a long time and I am grateful the damage was not more severe. I have another 6 weeks before my next checkup on them and it seems like an eternity.

Interesting ! I have had him sit and write with both left and right hands. Did better with right. However was still looking good left. Currently he only will bat and golf switch. Definitely uncommon! I am going to do some testing now

he will love this! That would be so cool to be able to use both hands. Especially when things go bad. As most of us have experienced the frustration of not having 1 extremity . It's no fun!! 6 week count down....hope your healing comfortably !

It's good to be able to function ambidextrously...
had back and hand problems both doing heavy manual labor job and later at a computer all day, learned balance out body motions left and right including using a computer mouse.....really helped, older I get the more it helps.
Can't write with non dominant hand tho.

Hey there attimus. Quick question was farming your own meal worms cost effective? How long do they take before you can harvest and do you have any tips you can give me before I start mine?

Maybe eventually. I still buy a bag here and there but
they mostly get boss now. There's been substantial growth in one of the boxes but I almost lost the other due to moisture issues, all I gotta say is ventilate. It is on the rebound tho. I can reach in periodically and grab a handful but i won't be happy until I'm using a 20gal totes for each colony. Currently just the two and I'm gonna let that run its course. Although I've read of people with a colony for each day of the week. I can post some new pictures of the set ups if that'll help you, its all in all a fairly cheap project and can be give your chicks a little extra treat. Some price a couple thousand live as it is for a bag of dead.

And we begin..... Lots of nail and staples being removed ! Hubby's at Home Depot getting supplies. I'm so excited! Like a kid in a candy store ! One hold back. I found a lost dog so all the girls are in lockdown Intel owners come . I think we are only doing the standard coop today. Bantams next weekend.
