Same! I have 3 that refuse the coop and sleep in a tree. They’ll lay eggs in the coop but not sleep there.

What surprises me, is that they are up and around walking. I have had chickens not make the coop for some reason, but when I find them they are comatose, asleep on the ground.

Not that I’m aware of (we rarely drink coffee)
