My white broilers butts are red and swollen they don't have many feathers around their vents they are 8 weeks old.

One died a few das ago and I found another one dead this morning and one is not looking too good. Help!!!

That looks normal to me. I have 25 broilers that are 5 weeks old and every, single one of them looks like that. Cornish X have really red skin until they are processed and cool down, from what I have seen. They also never seem to completely feather out.

could have lice/mites. If it is an infestation, that could be what is causing the death. Try spraying down the coop with Poultry Protector, and I mean every last little bit ( take out the bedding first) and then spray the chickens. Spray under the chickens wings, near her vent, and on her chest. If that doesn't work then ask someone else, because that stuff always works for me.
