Thats a nice flock Hooligan, it is really nice to see some red in the broilers faces. How do you rescue them? We have broiler houses here but they all seem very secure.

28, I am so sorry to hear that. He sounds like he was very brave and a good roo.

Tiki, I found two hens on the road. One on the middle of the highway. Another one on a bridge highway. A person who works at one gave me 8-7 roos and 1 hen. They were about to be put on the truck for slaughter. Unfortunately 2 of our dogs got out and killed 3 of them we had in the living room (they had to have meds) so we now only have 6 but they get around just fine and are growing like weeds.
