My young hen isn't laying. (Pics)

My 6-8 month old hen/pullet isn't laying. She keeps going to lay, and keeps clucking madly! Any ideas what to do? Or is she getting ready?!

Yup
Sqautting and clucking loudly are tell tale signs that shes getting ready
I also heard that reddening of the comb is also a sign, but I'm not 100% sure.

Hehe! Yes, she is squatting, also I heard that when they squat, that they are ready for a rooster!
