My young Turkey is very sick

..My turkey took ill yesterday and here are a few things I noticed

1. he's lost weight,
2. he's been staggering and excreting,
3. he's not feeding well

Below I've attached a picture of his excreta and a picture of him...What do you think is wrong and how can I help him?Your suggestions will go a very long way.Thanks.

I haven't had this but Green usually means bile from not eating.
Also ralphie is ill and may not answer.

He has Salmonella poisoning. Throw out his old feed. The others will get it if it’s in the feed….

24 hours on clean water.

withhold feed . Regain feeding in 24 hours.
