I think they're too young to be overloaded with worms. If they are "fluffed up," acting lethargic...I agree with ddawn that you could be dealing with coccidia, a poop sample to a vet will confirm whether or not it's cocci. Treatment for coccidia is corid(amprolium) or sulmet. If it's coccidia I recommend corid, it's easier on their system. Dosage is 9.5cc corid per gallon of water x 7 days. Half of that dosage would be 4.74cc corid per 2 quarts of water x 7 days. You would want to purchase the Corid 9.6% oral solution. Your feed store should carry it, if not, Jefferslivestock.com has it.
