mycoplasma gallisepticum or just an injury?

A few days ago i went to let my 6-7 week old chicks out of their coop and noticed one had both eyes sealed shut, i washed it's eyes with saline and they opened, one was pretty much 100% shortly after but the other had some bubbles.

It had been pretty badly pecked by another chick so figured it's just an injury. It's face had swollen as can be seen on the picture below but the swelling had disappeared by the next morning.

Now the other eye seems to be healing up but i noticed a few bubbles again today, should i be worried? It's behaviour has been 100% normal, eating and drinking fine and no sneezing or any visible discharge from the nostrils or anywhere but the one eye.

Yep it's just the one, another one did have one eye shut but it managed to open it on it's own, no bubbles and it's perfectly fine.
