I would like to share the good quality customer service experience I just had with MPC. I was worried my order would not be fulfilled becasue one of the birds I ordered dropped off the availability list on their web site.

I e-mail them with an inquiry and within 15 minutes I got a phone call at home and an e-mail reply saying the order was reserved and there should be no problem. Then, without asking, they followed up the next day with an e-mail, when the hatchery opened, and told me they had re-verified my selection.

It's so nice to get quick responces and good care when you are dealing with an online company.

My birds won't come for 60 days

I agree, they are wonderful! When one of the breeds I wanted was unavailable ( I had ordered 7 different breeds) I had the most wonderful person call me and help suggest others that would be suitable to my needs..... then confirmations phone calls afterwards, they are a great company!!
