We just got back from the beach, and here some pictures I took. I cought a 2 foot+ hammerhead shark, but I didn't bring the camera.

Thanks! I got the picture of the car for my grandpa, he really likes watching the races. We don't have a bike, but me and my brother like watching them.

Are those shells all over the sand?

Yep, there where alot of jelly fish on the beach to.

We usally go to sea point or the shalimar if we stay at north myrtle. When we go this summer we will probaly stay at the marlin quay in garden city.​

I grew up in SC and Myrtle Beach was an every year thing. We always stayed at Springmaid since that was were we got such a good deal. the beaches down here in Alabama ar totally different though. They have white sand and the water is truely blue not brown like the east coast. Alabama's beaches have been hit so hard by hurricanes that most of the area isn't very commericalized. That is one thing I miss about Mrytle Beach, there was always something to do. No Boardwalk down here, but it can be nice and peaceful.

Reminder of times past. Oh, how the present makes me wish for my youth again. But with the knowledge I have know would have been great.

I live about 5 minutes away from Surfside as the crow flies but by road it's a 45 minute ride due to no bridge over the Intercoastal waterway where I'm at.

chickenboy8, did you happen to go into the motorcycle drome by any chance. A very good friend of mine that I grew up with is riding in it. I have not seen him in years as he lives in CA but he was married to my best friend which we talk often on the phone. Their daughter just got married and I am her godmother.
I was in Ocean City in the early 70's to watch him ride so that is how long he has been doing it. Post more pictures please, they are beautiful!

Oh and I forgot, he owns the drome and built it too.
