Mysterious ayam mix..

I hatched out two ayam mixes recently and they have a weird feather pattern I haven't seen before. Any ideas?

It isn’t a pattern, it’s something happening to the feathers. And they don’t look like AC mixes.

It will be interesting to see what their adult feathers look like.

Unless the ayams were very poor quality or mixes themselves, I wouldn't think those have auam in them. Nothing looks like it has ayam, and even their Clark skin should be passed on a generation at least with a mix

Well I'm pretty positive they are ayam mixes. Came out of a ayam egg. I actually just hatched another one and it's all black but super fluffy. Here is a picture of the other one same age.

Why is one barred?

Oh well it could be a poor quality ayam. I got the eggs from a friend these were practice eggs for me to learn how to incubate.

Why is one barred?

Because they are mixed. Im assuming different parents or who knows. All I want to know is what are these little guys and why are their tail feathers doing this? And the ones wing feathers?

It’s caused by a mishap in the shedding of the keratin sheaths, I’d guess.
