One of my Rhode Island reds has a white pimple like bump under its wattle. Does anyone know what it is a sign of?

Not quite sure what that is, but would suspect/guess dry fowl pox.
Looks like there's a spot of it on the ear lobe too.
It's virus spread by mosquitoes.
Nothing you can do to treat, it should pass in a few weeks.
Just keep an eye on it for any secondary bacterial infection.
