Mysterious fluid

When I went out to collect eggs today, I found a puddle of clear, green-tinted liquid in one of the boxes. None of the chickens is acting any differently and there wasn't any blood or yolk in the puddle. Chickens don't pee, so I don't know what it could be. Does anyone have an idea what that's about or if I should take them all to the vet?

Sounds like one of them drank a lot of water today, perhaps more than eating........Poo can get very watery if they drink a lot very fast.... just keep an eye that it does not continue.
