feather footed black n yellow with white wing tips and if im not mistaken that's a muff. What is this chick!?!?

Got it from my work. TSC. hadn't had one of these come in yet so I was a little confused. Plenty of mottled Cochins but not duccles! Sooo I've got one more that I'm perplexed on. This chick has a crest and muff! At first i thought sultan except it has 4 toes n smooth legs. Wat do yall think.

My guess is Houdan? But I may be wrong on that one.
