I had to give this guy a new home on a farm, as I cannot have roosters where I live. I'm still trying to figure out what breed he is, though.
So, please, if anyone can help.....

he looks like a malay they get very tall.

could be a shamo or thai, they have pea combs. Malays have strawberry combs.
