Probably either an Exchequer Leghorn, a splash Andalusian, or a California Grey.

If you want a nice dalmation color like this:

Look for "BBS" or "Splash" colored birds, although hatcheries rarely sell them.

I've got splash birds that lay blue eggs.

It is a California white a breed cross between the white Leghorn and the production black.

Exchequer Leghorns are more evenly colored, they appear to be 50/50 black and white. That is a California White. If you look at the individual product pages for the two you will see:

Yeah, a Cali white for sure, although they did over do the black feathers a tad bit.
