Mystery breed

Hi , does anyone have any ideas what breed this could be ? And male or female ?
11 weeks old , has 5 toes and feather feet. Very timid and very quiet chirp. Some colorful feathers and looks like a rooster but doesn’t act like one ..

Looks like a salmon faverolle

Could be a german faverolle. The salmon are very light in color around the neck.
