Mystery breeds...

we got some chicks from the local feed store, and here are two we don't know the breeds.

#1. Something mottled....most likely Ancona, but Exchequer Leghorn and Mottled Java are other options depending on source. Time will tell.

They have feathered feet. I *think* that eliminates all the common mottled birds other than Cochins. But I'm not certain.

I'm not an expert in chicks, but #2 looks sorta like a Light Brahma chick.

I agree, #1 looks like a Ancona.
I am lost on #2, any chance of it being a austra white?
